SBLE blocks (L type)

• Capacity range at C5 A rate: from 7.5 Ah to 1690 Ah in 58 capacity steps
• Typical discharge range is from one hour to 100 hours
• Operate in temperatures from – 20°C to + 50°C
• Designed for applications where the battery is required to provide:
  – a reliable source of energy over relatively long discharge periods
  – a current that is relatively low in comparison with the total stored energy
  – discharges are generally infrequent
• Trouble-free long service life of 20 years or more

SBM blocks (M type)

• Capacity range at C5 A rate: from 11 Ah to 1445 Ah in 68 capacity steps
• Typical discharge range from 15 minutes to two hours
• Operate in temperatures from – 20°C to + 50°C
• Designed for applications where the batteries are usually required to sustain:
  – electrical loads for between 30 minutes to three hours
  – “mixed” loads involving a mixture of high and low discharge rates
  – frequent or infrequent discharges
• Trouble-free long service life of 20 years or more

SBH blocks (H type)

• Capacity at C5 A rate: from 8.3 Ah to 920 Ah in 51 capacity steps
• Typical discharge range is from one second to 30 minutes
• Operate in temperatures from – 20°C to + 50°C
• Designed for applications demanding :
  – a relatively high current over short periods – usually less than 30 min duration
  – applications can have frequent or infrequent discharges
• Trouble-free long service life of 20 years or more
